drclauson provides statistical analysis, business cycle studies, predictive supply and demand modeling, and project feasibility audits. The results are based on data provided by the client and public sources; they do not constitute financial advice nor guarantee specific investment outcomes.
The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. drclauson will not be liable for business decisions made based on the delivered reports. The client is solely responsible for the use they make of the analyses and recommendations.
drclauson will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions arising from the use of the reports. Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
All reports, models, dashboards, and tools developed by drclauson are the property of the firm. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the contracted purposes. Their redistribution without express authorization is prohibited.
drclauson will treat all information shared by the client during the provision of the service as confidential. This obligation will remain in effect even after the contractual relationship ends, unless the information is in the public domain or must be disclosed by legal requirement.
These terms govern from the first access to our services. Either party may terminate the contractual relationship by giving 30 days' written notice. In the event of a material breach, drclauson may suspend the service immediately.
drclauson reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website and will take effect 15 days after their publication. Continued use of the services will imply acceptance of the modifications.
